In this session Shoni will share their proven strategies for getting to know their market, targeting those who are most likely to convert and using analysis for agility and optimization. She’ll also cover what they’ve learned about new donor acquisition and maximizing newsworthy moments.

While it can’t be denied that puppies and kittens help, the BC SPCA believes their success has more to do with applying the tactics big business has spent millions developing, than the cuteness factor.
